Communication Certificate 

According to Federal Law “On Communications”, verification of communications facilities conformity with the determined requirements, which are used in communication networks of common use, technological communications networks and communications networks of special use in case of connecting to a communication network of common use, is obligatory with purposes of providing of integrity and safety of unified telecommunications networks of Russian Federation.

Verification of conformity of the listed communication facilities with the technical regulation having been accepted in accordance with the legislation of Russian Federation and with the requirements having been determined by normative legislative acts of a federal body of an executive power in the field of communications (application of communication facilities) is carried out by means of a compulsory certification or acceptance of declaration of conformance.
