The government of the Russian Federation has confirmed the uniform list of production which is subject to obligatory certification, and also the uniform list of production which acknowledgement of conformity is carried out in the form of acceptance of the declaration on conformity. The corresponding Decision N 982 was signed by the prime minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin from December, 1st, 2009.

In the document it is given to develop and confirm the commission to the industry and trade ministry in a month a representation order federal enforcement authorities of the information on production which is subject to obligatory acknowledgement of conformity. Federal agency on technical regulation and metrology and Federal customs service should provide the publication of the information on such production. The decision comes into force after 2 months from the date of its official publication, i.e. with 2/1/2010
What has changed?

1. The list of production which is subject to obligatory certification has changed. I.e. the previous nomenclature has become invalid.

2. The NEW List of production which is subject to obligatory certification, and the NEW List of production which is subject to declaring is confirmed.
Certifications are subject now some hydrocarbons, mineral oil, production for a lining of railways and assemblage of cars, metal ware, products from latex and rubber, steam coppers, the mountain-mine equipment, a various electric equipment, glow lamps.
Some oil lubricant oils, fixing products machine-building applications, mineral fertilizers, plastic household products, the household chemical goods, paintwork materials, an electric equipment, furniture, paper products now are subject to declaring, etc.

3. For some groups of production the Declaration on conformity will be accepted at presence at the manufacturer/seller of the test report, spent in the accredited test laboratory or at presence at it the certificate of system of the quality which has been given out by body on certification. Conformity acknowledgement can be spent for choice the applicant in the form of obligatory certification or conformity declaring.
