There was a project of the governmental order of the Russian Federation ABOUT THE STATEMENT OF THE LIST OF MACHINES AND THE EQUIPMENTS, SUBJECT TO OBLIGATORY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CONFORMITY AT THE PREMISE UNDER THE CUSTOMS MODES PROVIDING POSSIBILITY OF ALIENATION OR USE ACCORDING TO THEIR APPOINTMENT IN CUSTOMS TERRITORY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

According to positions of article 29 of the Federal law "On technical regulation" and with a view of realization of the governmental order of the Russian Federation № 753 from September, 15th, 2009

«About the statement of technical regulations about safety of machines and the equipments» (Meeting of the legislation of the Russian Federation, 2009, № 38, item 4505)

The government of the Russian Federation confirms:

1. To confirm the applied list of machines and the equipments, subject to obligatory acknowledgement of conformity at a premise under the customs modes providing possibility of alienation or use according to their appointment in customs territory of the Russian Federation.

2. The present decision comes into force on September, 21st, 2010
