As it is specified in the message of Federal customs service of Russia (FCS), order FCS from 10/22/2009 N 1937 "About modification of order FCS of Russia from April, 25th 2007 N 536" on December, 14th, 2009 has come into force.

The government of the Russian Federation has confirmed the uniform list of production which is subject to obligatory certification, and also the uniform list of production which acknowledgement of conformity is carried out in the form of acceptance of the declaration on conformity. The corresponding Decision N 982 was signed by the prime minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin from December, 1st, 2009.
