Procedure of acknowledgement of conformity of production is meant certification of products to the certain requests established to it: qualities, safety and so forth Certification is carried out independent of the manufacturer or the seller by the organisations accredited by the corresponding ministries and departments.
The diploma which is recording in writing that the certified products completely correspond the accepted or established state to requests to quality and safety of production, the conformity certificate is. The authorised body on certification on the basis of the present and-or prepared documents can issue it, including: test reports, conclusions ΡέΡ, descriptions on production and the commercial specification, constitutional instruments, contracts and so forth
Acknowledgement of conformity of production and rendered services to the established requests is one of components of the mechanism of an estimation of their safety. Unlike other methods of an estimation, acknowledgement of conformity of production is applied still before the certified products will arrive on the market.
The indicated procedure can be carried out as the manufacturer - conformity declaring, so independent of manufacturers and consumers bodies - certification.
In the Russian Federation both forms of acknowledgement of conformity now are used.
For realisation of certification of concrete production and acknowledgement of its conformity to the certain requests established in the standard documentation, the availability of allowing documents and granting of conclusive evidences of its safety is necessary.
At declaring of conformity by the manufacturer of production of the proof of safety the manufacturer of production collects directly, if necessary it can involve for this purpose body on certifications or a testing laboratory.
If the documentary certificate on conformity is issued by the independent third person the tax of proofs of safety is its problem.
