AGENCY RCT was found in 2004 as a logical continuation of a long-time work of its founders in the field of products and services certification and systems of efficient production control on the base of Russian Testing and Certification Centre – ROSTEST-MOSKVA (The certificate ¹32 of the Representative Agent).
